Registration
As stated in our Terms and Conditions, each player may have only one account.
You can open an account with LVbet without making a deposit. You have 72h to verify your identity and age, you will be able to play demo versions of the games. Depositing will allow you to get the full experience. For more details see our Terms & Conditions.

Due to security purposes you cannot change your username.

If you have made a deposit with a previously unused payment card, We need to verify it. To do this, please upload a document confirming the payment (payment order) or a screenshot from your Internet bank. In order to successfully verify a payment card, the following information must be clearly visible in the document:

❖ full account number (IBAN);
❖ partial card number;
❖ transaction with www.lvbet.lv;
❖ In some cases, a picture of the payment card may be required.
Please make sure that you have covered the middle digits of the payment card. So that the first 6 and last 4 digits are visible when sending card image or proof of payment with the full card number.

For most payment methods your deposit will be approved instantly. In case of bank transfer this can take from up to 3 days to be received from the bank.

Withdraw
It is possible to cancel a withdrawal request only if the withdrawal has not been processed by the finance department yet. To cancel it, please click your Username at the top of the website and choose the AWAITING WITHDRAWALS section found in the CASHIER tab row. From here, click the CANCEL button next to the withdrawal you wish to cancel.

We aim to approve all withdrawals within 24 hours since customer request. However according to the regulator requirement, prize that does not exceed 720 euros will be paid out immediately; a prize in the range from 721 euros to 14,300 euros will be paid out within 24 hours; a prize that exceeds 14,300 euros will be paid out in accordance with the procedures approved in the gambling rules not later than within 30 days and in not more than two payments. Please keep in mind that the processing time solely depends on the bank processing the withdrawal.
